Dr. Mark-Steffen Buchele is a communication and media scientist. His doctorate centered on the subject of "Value contribution of corporate communication". He is a member of the "Communication Controlling" specialist work group of the International Controller Association (ICV) and has helped to develop an industry standard for communication controlling. He is co-founder and editor-in-chief of communicationcontrolling.de and lectures at the University of Leipzig, the Danube University Krems and the Zurich University of Economics.

Nadin Ernst holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on empirical communication research. Prior to joining buchele cc in 2011, she worked as a consultant in a management consultancy (focusing on strategy and processes, and innovation management) and as a research assistant at the Chair of Communication Management at Leipzig University. At this chair she supervised the competence field "Innovation & Technology" as well as international research projects on strategic corporate communication and communication control. As Managing Director at buchele cc, Nadin Ernst is part of the management board and the first point of contact for comprehensive performance measurement projects.

Lydia Kraske has completed Bookselling and Publishing courses at HTWK Leipzig. In 2016, she was honored as the best of her year in the part-time master's degree course Communication & Leadership at Quadriga University Berlin, with a master thesis on "Reputation Measurement in Social Media". Since 2011 she has been part of the team of buchele cc. As Head of Communication Controlling, she is responsible for projects focusing on the development of performance measurement systems, content analysis and social media monitoring. Lydia Kraske is a member of the specialist work group "Communication Controlling" of the International Controller Association (ICV). Lydia Kraske will be on parental leave until mid-2020.

Jule Lieber has studied Communication Management (M.A.) at the University of Leipzig and has been working for buchele cc since 2010. In her projects as Head of Communication Management, she develops measurable communication goals together with our clients, designs communication strategies and develops strategic and operational measurement and control systems. Jule Lieber is also an expert in conducting surveys, analyses and baseline studies in corporate communications.
Head of Backoffice
Anne-Katrin Ehrt studied journalism in Leipzig. She worked in media monitoring and local journalism and completed further training in project management before joining buchele cc in 2011. As Head of Backoffice, Anne Ehrt is responsible for the general office processes in the company. She also works on web analytics, social media analyses and the conception of commentary analyses.
Katharina Franzke is a linguist and literature scientist and has been with buchele cc since the end of 2012. She advises our clients in the areas of social media analysis, content analysis and web analytics, where she designs measurements and reports and implements them in close cooperation with the clients. Before joining buchele cc, Katharina Franzke worked for one of the leading media monitoring service providers in the area of press reviews and media resonance analyses and has extra-occupationally continued her training in the areas of strategic communication management and communication controlling.
Martin Waschipky is a communication and media scientist specializing in empirical communication and media research. He joined the team of buchele cc in 2017 and works as a data scientist in the fields of data analysis, web analytics and statistics. Prior to that, he was a research assistant at the Chair for Empirical Communication and Media Research at the Institute for Communication and Media Studies in Leipzig. Martin Waschipky is a member of the reception and impact research group of the German Society for Journalism and Communication Science (DGPuK).
Elisa Werner has completed the master's program of Communication and Media Studies at Leipzig University, focusing on empirical communication and media research. She has been working for buchele cc since 2014. She is responsible for our clients‘ comprehensive projects in planning, executing and evaluating content analyses of consumer voices in the social web as well as performance measurement projects and analyses of brand content in social media. Before joining buchele cc, she worked in the field of media monitoring and analysis and gained initial journalistic experience.
Ellen-Elisabeth Weise studied cultural sciences in Leipzig, majoring in urban and cultural sociology. In particular, she dealt with qualitative methods of social research such as focus group interviews and content analyses. She has been part of the buchele cc team since July 2017 and works as a junior consultant in projects focusing on data quality management and content analysis.
Content analyses were already part of Felix Strauch's studies of political science in Leipzig. After completing the master's program, he taught himself Node.js and turned his many years of interest in computers into a career. Since 2017 he has been supporting the IT team in the creation of scripts for data processing and the programming of input masks and dashboards. He also maintains our IT infrastructure. Currently he is deepening his knowledge in Python and R.
Sibylle Merkel is a cultural scientist. She has been a member of buchele cc's consulting team since September 2018. With her many years of experience in corporate communications and project management, she accompanies the design of communication strategies. She also supports our clients in the development and implementation of strategic and operational measurement and control systems.
Kathleen Strauch is currently completing the master's program of Communication and Media Studies at Leipzig University, with a focus on empirical communication and media research. She has been part of the buchele cc team since 2014. Among other projects, she mainly supports the implementation and evaluation of surveys and content analyses.
Nadja Lorber studied Communication and Media Studies with a focus on empirical communication and media research. Before her time at buchele cc, she she assisted national and international clients of well-known media monitoring service providers as a project manager in the strategic implementation of quantitative measurement and analyses. Since March 2019, she has been backing up the team in the area of content and social media analysis.
