Dr. Mark-Steffen Buchele is the owner and managing director of buchele cc GmbH. He studied communications and media science and completed his doctorate on the topic of "Value Contribution of Corporate Communication". He chairs the specialist working group "Communications Controlling" within the International Controller Association (ICV) and helped to develop the industry standard for communications controlling. He is a competence partner and lecturer for the topic area at the University of Leipzig and was co-initiator and editor-in-chief of communicationcontrolling.de.

Nadin Ernst holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on empirical communication research. Prior to joining buchele cc in 2011, she worked as a consultant in a management consultancy (focusing on strategy and processes, and innovation management) and as a research assistant at the Chair of Communication Management at Leipzig University. At this chair she supervised the competence field "Innovation & Technology" as well as international research projects on strategic corporate communication and communication control. As Managing Director at buchele cc, Nadin Ernst is part of the management board and the first point of contact for comprehensive performance measurement projects.

Since 2021, Jonas Bisschop has been supporting the buchele cc team with analyses of online content and strategies as well as the collection, preparation and visualization of data. Since completing his master's degree in Communication Management at the University of Leipzig, he has been in charge of projects in the field of strategic communication management.

Janna Buchele supports managers in change processes and teams in optimizing their collaboration. As a supervisor, systemic coach and organizational developer, she supports projects at buchele cc in all aspects of interpersonal and intrapersonal communication. Janna Buchele studied in Leipzig and Mittweida and is certified as a supervisor and systemic coach by the German Society for Supervision and Coaching (DGSV), the Systemic Society (SG) and the German Society for Online Consulting (DGOB). As an Agile Organizational Developer, she is also a member of the Agile Guild Deutschland.

As Head of Backoffice, Anne Ehrt is responsible for general office operations in the company, and as Communication Manager she looks after our website and social media channels. She also works on web analytics, social media analyses and the conception of comment analyses. Anne Ehrt studied journalism in Leipzig. She worked in media monitoring and local journalism and trained in project management before joining buchele cc in 2011.

Jule Geyer has studied Communication Management (M.A.) at the University of Leipzig and has been working for buchele cc since 2010. In her projects as Head of Communication Management, she develops measurable communication goals together with our clients, designs communication strategies and develops strategic and operational measurement and control systems. Jule Geyer is also an expert in conducting surveys, analyses and baseline studies in corporate communications.

Sophia Kühn manages customer projects from planning to implementation and evaluation. Most of all, she likes to delve into optimizing dashboards, designing engaging reports, and conducting surveys. She joined the bcc team in 2018. Sophia Kühn received her master's degree in communication and media studies from the University of Leipzig. Additionally, she has gained experience in journalism and graphic design.

Elisa Werner has completed the master's program of Communication and Media Studies at Leipzig University, focusing on empirical communication and media research. She has been working for buchele cc since 2014. She is responsible for our clients‘ comprehensive projects in planning, executing and evaluating content analyses of consumer voices in the social web as well as performance measurement projects and analyses of brand content in social media. Before joining buchele cc, she worked in the field of media monitoring and analysis and gained initial journalistic experience. Elisa Werner is currently on parental leave.

Martin Waschipky is a communication and media scientist specializing in empirical communication and media research. He was part of buchele cc since 2017 as a data scientist in the fields of data analysis, web analytics and statistics. After an adjustment of professional focus in 2019, he is now supporting buchele cc as an external consultant in complex analyses and statistic evaluations. Martin Waschipky is a member of the reception and impact research group of the German Society for Journalism and Communication Science (DGPuK).
